Chris started out playing music at an early age. His inspirations were, George Jones, Merle Haggard, Randy Travis, and Conway Twitty. He started his first band in Beaumont Texas, in 1992, called Long Hard Ride. He played all over the Golden Tringle as well as Louisiana. He even shared the stage with Tracy Byrd back in the mid 90’s at Cutters in Beaumont, Texas. Later in years he joined up with a local blues band. He played blues for a short time when he realized that center stage is where he felt most comfortable. He then put together his own band, Chris Bergeron and County Line in September of 2017 and began his journey in country music. Since then, he has played many venues around the Beaumont area and even over into Louisiana. He has opened for national acts such as Glenn Templeton, Jo-EL Sonnier, and Wayne Toups. Chris cut his first album in September of 2021 in Nashville Tennessee
