Tyler started playing music at the young age of 8 on a piano and at 14 he picked up a guitar and loved it from that point forward. After high school he went to work at the plants as a millwright but when COVID hit most all contractors were laid off. So that gave Tyler a chance to pursue what he really wanted to do, play music. In august of 2020, he released his first song to Texas radio and it broke into the top 100 on the Texas Country Music charts. He often hears from people that my music reminds them of artists like Cody Johnson or Josh Ward, but his main influences are in the older artists of country, Merle Haggard and Keith Whitley.
