First of all we so appreciate all our newsletter subscribers and value your trust and know that you have many concerns over personal information on the internet.

Wildhorse Entertainment, AirplayExpress, IDSS Hall Of Fame, WET TV and WHISNews21 do not collect any information from you other than your email address if supplied so that we can update you or offer you the free downloads artists send us for worldwide delivery to Radio Stations,Disc Jockeys, Radio and Music professionals. We don’t sell, give away or distribute your information other than the music charts we provide on a weekly basis to our mailing list.

We recognizes that your privacy is very important and we take it seriously. We do use third-party companies who provide us with Apps and Widgets to help our websites perform in a professional manner. They do also have privacy policies and we are forced to sign them otherwise we cannot use their services. The widgets and Apps we use are all approved by WordPress who assures us that they work in our best interest.

We are a small business run by Frans & Cathy Maritz and have no workers or assistants who assist us on a daily basis, therefore we are committed to keeping our Websites family friendly and as professional as we can to keep all our visitors and members personal data when it is supplied to us for any reason private and confidential and we will not disclose this information to third parties (unless we are required to do so by law) and will protect this information in accordance with our strict security and confidentiality standards. We do not offer or allow the selling of any user provided information to third parties.

If your personal information changes (such as your zip code), or if you no longer desire our services, you can correct, update or remove the personal data provided to us. If you have any trouble doing so all it takes is an email to us (airplay@whisnews21.com) where upon we will remove your downloadable music from the website. If you are embedded into an archived radio or TV show it will not be possible to remove your music as that becomes history and remains archived. You may also choose to opt in or out of our product update option at any time.

For marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send you news and newsletters, special offers, and promotions, or to otherwise contact you about products or information we think may interest you, including occasional information about third-party products and services we will use the email you supplied us with when contacting us through whisnews21@aol.com. You have the right to unsubscribe to those email at anytime and as we use Mailerlite for most of our promotional emails there is a Unsubsribe button that can be used to discontinue receiving our mails.

We do not have access to your credit card or other payment information, which is handled through Paypal. therefore you will never be asked to supply your banking details to us other than that you can or cannot pay via Paypal.
